海砂淡化設(shè)備清洗海沙技術(shù)介紹

海砂淡化機的工作原理相對復(fù)雜，它是一種純物理技術(shù)除氯的設(shè)備，不需要添加任何化學(xué)藥劑，每天所需原料是一桶純凈水或者蒸餾水，對空氣和水不會造成任何的污染，環(huán)?？梢赃_標(biāo)排放。它是依靠電力將電解水獲取的氧氣轉(zhuǎn)化為活性粒子，從而增加清洗水的活性，對附著在海沙表層的氯離子沉積物進行強滲透和強氧化，在經(jīng)過淡化機攪洗筒內(nèi)進行強制攪洗，從而達到氯離子沉積層的分解剝離。

海砂淡化的主要目的，就是要將海沙中的氯離子降低到符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并且不會產(chǎn)生緩釋現(xiàn)象。然達到這樣的要求，就必須將沙子表面的生物沉積膜徹底分解，與之將沙子分離，才能從根本上達到除氯的目的。　 　
      一些原始的沖水水洗法，只能將海沙表面的很少一部分沒有完全沉積板結(jié)的氯離子洗掉，不能達到除氯的效果。而且需要將沙子預(yù)先在淡水中浸泡48—64小時，才能再進一步處理，這樣廢水、費時、費事、產(chǎn)量小、生產(chǎn)費用高、占地面積大，無法滿足連續(xù)工作的需求。
　　海沙淡化投資項目既有很好的社會效益、生態(tài)效益，更是達到大經(jīng)濟效益。該設(shè)備自動化程度高，排污物只有海水與砂中的泥，因此無生物污染，是一種環(huán)保型設(shè)備。
